Matt is a born-and-raised Austinite. He graduated from Texas A&M after studying Computer Engineering and Business. He's constantly running the numbers and regularly asking himself “How can I make this more efficient?” He's not a finance type, and he truly believes that’s a good thing. Some of the best business in history were and are engineers.
His passion for real estate runs deep in his family spanning generations, and he excels at finding properties with great potential and bringing them back to life. Speaking of his family, his wonderful bride Bailey is his pride and joy. When he's not solving engineering problems and building his real estate business, he's probably spending his time laying out at the pool, drinking a beer at a brewery, watching Aggie football, or leading a bible study.
